Minavo Trimless White – powerful mini recessed spotlight without visible edge

The Minavo Trimless White is an extremely compact recessed spotlight that is fully integrated into the ceiling. After installation, only the small, deeply recessed light opening remains visible. There is no raised edge around the spot, creating a particularly sleek and minimalist ceiling appearance.

From the solid aluminium housing and efficient cooling to the high-quality Citizen LED module and flicker-free LED driver: every component has been carefully selected for a long lifespan, reliable operation, and excellent light quality.

Edgeless mini-design for a sleek ceiling

The included mounting ring is installed in the ceiling before plastering. The ring is then plastered over, so that after plastering and painting, no visible trim edge remains.

With a visible opening of only Ø32 mm, the Minavo Trimless is one of the smallest functional recessed spotlights in our range. The spotlight is barely noticeable in the ceiling, making it particularly suitable for modern interiors where lighting should be as subtle as possible.

The Minavo fits perfectly in living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, walk-in closets, workspaces, and other areas where a calm and minimalist ceiling appearance is desired.

Brief explanation of the installation

Place the trimless mounting ring in the ceiling panel before plastering and secure it firmly.

Conceal the mounting ring with plasterwork and paint the ceiling. After finishing, only the round light opening of approximately Ø32 mm will remain visible.

Connect the driver and wiring, then place the LED spot into the mounting ring.

Because the mounting ring is plastered in, this spot is particularly suitable for new construction, renovations, and ceilings that are yet to be plastered or re-finished.

Compact size with a functional light output

Many mini recessed spotlights, due to their small size, do not provide sufficient light to be used as full-fledged lighting. The Minavo Trimless, however, was developed to offer a functional light output despite its compact dimensions.

With a power of 8 watts, the spot delivers over 410 lumens. This makes the Minavo not only suitable as subtle accent lighting, but also as basic lighting when well distributed.

Recessed light source for greater visual comfort

The LED module is deeply recessed in the white housing. This reduces the chance of looking directly into the light source and minimizes annoying glare.

The result is a calm and comfortable light image, while the compact spot still emits sufficient light downwards.

Even light distribution with a 36° beam angle

The Minavo is equipped with a high-quality lens that evenly distributes the light. This creates a calm and even light image without distracting edges or harsh transitions.

The 36-degree beam angle offers a good balance between focused and broad light. This makes the spot suitable for both general lighting and subtly illuminating a wall, piece of furniture, or other interior element.

Available in two light colors

2700K warm white

A warm and atmospheric light color for living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and kitchens. In the kitchen, 2700K is also an attractive choice when you want to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere in the evening.

3000K warm white

Slightly fresher and brighter, but still pleasantly warm. This light color is very suitable for spaces where light mainly needs to be practical and functional, such as workspaces, gyms, offices, and walk-in closets.

Premium Citizen LED module – true-to-life colors

The high-quality Citizen LED module has a CRI of 94. This ensures that colors are rendered particularly true to life. Wood retains its warm appearance, white surfaces look bright, and skin tones appear natural.

This makes the Minavo suitable not only for functional lighting but also for interiors where good material and color reproduction is important.

Flicker-free LED driver

Every Minavo comes standard with a high-quality, flicker-free LED driver. This ensures a stable power supply and a calm light image without distracting visible flickering.

The driver is placed separately from the spot. This allows heat to dissipate better and the driver can be replaced separately if necessary.

Driver fits through the small ceiling opening

Despite the particularly small visible opening, the Minavo is practical to install. The compact LED driver fits through the Ø32 mm opening, so no larger maintenance or installation opening is required in the ceiling.

This allows the driver to be safely placed above the ceiling before the LED spot is inserted into the mounting ring.

Aluminium housing with efficient cooling

The Minavo's housing is made of aluminium. This not only ensures a solid and high-quality finish but also helps to efficiently dissipate heat from the LED module.

Good heat dissipation limits the load on the LED chip and contributes to stable performance and a long lifespan.

Dimmable for functional and atmospheric light

The Minavo Trimless is dimmable via phase-cut, also known as Triac dimming. This allows you to easily adjust the light intensity to the time of day and the desired atmosphere.

At full brightness, the spot provides sufficient light for functional use. Dimming the spot further creates a calmer and more atmospheric light image. For the best dimming performance, use an LED dimmer suitable for phase-cut.
