Welcome to inbouwspot.nl. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Inbouwspot.nl, part of Railspot.nl B.V..
Inbouwspot.nl manages this webshop and website, including all information, content, functions, products, and services offered thereon. These terms and conditions apply to every use of our website and to every order placed via Inbouwspot.nl.
Our webshop is supported by Shopify. However, the agreement you enter into with us is directly concluded between you and Railspot.nl B.V., trading under the name Inbouwspot.nl.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They outline, among other things, your rights and obligations, our delivery and return conditions, provisions on warranty, liability, and the use of our website.
By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions and our privacy policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Article 1 – Access to the website and account
To use our website or to place an order, we may ask you to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details.
You declare that all information you provide to us is correct, current, and complete. You also declare that you are authorized to provide this information.

We do our best to describe our products as clearly and accurately as possible. This includes dimensions, color, material, technical specifications, and application possibilities.
However, it may happen that colors or details on your screen differ from the actual product. This can be due to, among other things, your screen settings, the device used, or the lighting conditions under which product photos were taken.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability at any time. We may also decide to temporarily or permanently remove certain products from our assortment.
Although we handle product information carefully, we cannot guarantee that every description, image, or specification is completely free of errors. If you have any doubts about a product or its application, please contact us beforehand. We are happy to advise you.
Article 3 – Orders
When you place an order via our webshop, you make an offer to purchase the products concerned. The order is only accepted by us after you have received an order confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example, when:
- a product is no longer available;
- there is a clear price or input error;
- payment has not been received or not fully received;
- there is doubt about the accuracy of the information provided;
- there is suspected misuse or resale without prior permission.
If we cannot accept or have to cancel an order, we will contact you as soon as possible via the contact details you provided.
Always check your order carefully before completing it. After acceptance of the order, changes or cancellations cannot always be processed, for example, when the order has already been shipped or has been specially ordered or compiled for you.
Returns or exchanges are only possible according to our return policy.
Article 4 – Prices and payment
All prices on our website are stated in euros. Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT and exclude any shipping costs.
For business customers, prices, depending on the settings or agreements, may also be displayed exclusive of VAT. Any shipping costs, VAT, discounts, and total amounts will be shown during the ordering process before you complete the order.
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and promotions at any time. The price that applies at the time of ordering is the price that will be charged.
We cannot be held to obvious price errors or input errors. In the event of a clear error, we reserve the right to cancel the order or to make you an adjusted offer.
You are responsible for providing correct and complete payment, billing, and shipping details. If information is incorrect or incomplete, this may affect the processing or delivery of your order.
Article 5 – Shipping and delivery
We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on our website are indicative and do not count as a strict deadline, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances over which we have no direct control.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information, if available.
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Is a product damaged, incomplete, or delivered incorrectly? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@inbouwspot.nl. Preferably include photos of the product, the packaging, and any damage.
Article 6 – Returns and right of withdrawal
For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal applies. In addition, Inbouwspot.nl applies a return period of 60 days after receipt for consumers, provided the product meets our return conditions.
Products must be unused, undamaged, complete and, if possible, returned in their original packaging.
Custom-made products, items specially ordered for you, specially assembled products, or products that have been delivered clearly according to your specifications cannot be returned.
Different return conditions apply to business customers. Business returns are only possible after prior consultation and written approval from Inbouwspot.nl.

Article 7 – Warranty
Our products are subject to the warranty conditions as stated with the relevant product. If no deviating warranty is mentioned, the statutory warranty applies.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and defects that arise during normal use of the product. The warranty does not apply to damage due to incorrect use, improper installation, normal wear and tear, modifications by the customer, or damage due to external factors.
Do you have a defective product? Please contact us via info@inbouwspot.nl. Please state your order number, a clear description of the problem, and, if possible, include photos or a short video.
After assessment, we will look for a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, or an alternative proposal.
Article 8 – Intellectual property
All texts, images, photos, videos, logos, product information, designs, and other content on our website are the property of Inbouwspot.nl, Railspot.nl B.V., or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.
It is not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use content from our website without prior written permission.
The use of our website does not grant you ownership or usage rights to our trade names, logos, product names, visual material, or other intellectual property rights.
Article 9 – Use of the website

Our webshop uses Shopify and other external service providers to enable our website, payments, shipments, and other services.
Although Shopify supports the technical infrastructure of our webshop, every order is directly concluded between you and Railspot.nl B.V., trading under the name Inbouwspot.nl.
Shopify is not responsible for the sale, delivery, warranty, or handling of products you order through Inbouwspot.nl.

We process personal data according to our privacy policy. This explains what data we collect, why we process it, and what rights you have.
Because our webshop is supported by Shopify and other external service providers, certain data may also be processed by these parties for the performance of their services.

If we do not immediately exercise or enforce a right or provision from these terms, this does not mean that we waive that right or provision.
Article 20 – Transfer
You may not transfer your rights and obligations from an agreement with Inbouwspot.nl to a third party without our prior written consent.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another party, for example, in the event of a change of business, merger, or transfer of activities.
Article 21 – Applicable law
These terms and conditions and all agreements between you and Inbouwspot.nl are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions. The most current version is always available on our website.
If you continue to use our website or place an order after the terms have been changed, you agree to the amended terms.
