GU10 LED modules for GU10 recessed spotlights
A GU10 LED module is a compact alternative to a traditional GU10 lamp with a GU10 base. The module has approximately the same diameter as a GU10 lamp, making it suitable for almost all GU10 recessed spotlights. A separate GU10 fitting is no longer needed: the LED module connects to the included high-quality dimmable LED driver.
Less installation depth required
The main advantage of a GU10 LED module is its low height. A traditional GU10 lamp with a fitting often requires an installation depth of at least approximately 9 cm. Our GU10 LED modules are only 35 mm high. This makes them very suitable when there is little space above the ceiling.
The final required installation depth depends on the chosen model of recessed spotlight.
High light quality and light output
Despite their compact size, GU10 LED modules deliver high light output. The modules are equipped with high-quality LED chips and a separate LED driver. This ensures good light quality, a long lifespan, and reliable dimming performance.
IP65 GU10 LED modules for damp areas
For use in damp areas, there are also IP65 GU10 LED modules. In these, the underside of the light source is protected against moisture. In combination with a suitable recessed spotlight, GU10 recessed spotlights can therefore also be used in, for example, the bathroom.
Full Spectrum GU10 LED module
Do you want the most true-to-life color reproduction possible? Then choose our Full Spectrum GU10 LED module. This LED module has a broad and even light spectrum, which renders colors very true to life.
The lower proportion of blue light also creates a pleasant and calm light image. This makes Full Spectrum LED lighting particularly suitable for living rooms and other spaces where light comfort and color rendition are important.
What to consider when choosing a GU10 LED module?
- Check if the diameter and height are suitable for the recessed spotlight.
- Take into account the total required installation depth of the chosen fixture.
- Choose the desired light color and light output.
- Choose a dimmable version if you want to dim the lighting.
- Choose an IP65 version for use in damp areas.
- Choose Full Spectrum if a very true-to-life color rendition is important.
