Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can easily return your order, provided the product meets our return conditions.

At Inbouwspot.nl, we offer a return period of 60 days for consumers. Different return conditions apply to business customers.

Returns for Consumers

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason. At Inbouwspot.nl, we have a return period of 60 days after receipt of your order.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions for Returns

• Register your return in writing within 60 days of receipt via info@inbouwspot.nl.
• Include your order number and the products you wish to return.
• Return the products within 14 days of registration.
• Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and if possible, in their original packaging.
• The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
• Custom-made products or items specially ordered for you cannot be returned.

If your order has already been prepared for shipment, you can also contact us by email or phone.

Refunds

Full Order Return

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any standard shipping costs previously charged by us, within 14 days.

Partial Order Return

If you return part of your order, after receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned items within 14 days.

Returns for Business Customers

For business customers, where a company name is on the invoice, different return conditions apply. Returns are only possible after prior consultation and written approval from Inbouwspot.nl.

Important Conditions

• Return requests must be submitted by email within 30 days via info@inbouwspot.nl.
• Include your order number and the products you wish to return.
• Return the products within 14 days of approval.
• Administration or restocking fees may be charged.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• The shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.
• Custom-made products and items specially ordered for you are excluded from return.

Return Address

Clearly state the order number on the outside of the package and, if possible, include a copy of the invoice or packing slip with the shipment.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products. Therefore, we apply clear warranty conditions to our recessed spotlights, light sources, and accessories.

Warranty Conditions

• Recessed spotlights with GU10 fitting: 5-year warranty
• Recessed spotlights with fixed LED module: 5-year warranty, unless otherwise stated
• GU10 light sources, Philips Hue components, and dimmers: 2-year warranty
• Connection material and accessories: 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated

The warranty applies to normal use and correct installation of the product. Damage due to incorrect connection, improper use, moisture application outside the specified IP value, or external causes is not covered by the warranty.
